The Providence Golf Course and Community is located off of Hwy 17/92 in Davenport, Florida.  This location offers easy access to Kissimmee, Orlando, Tampa, and the surrounding areas, making it an ideal location for those who want to be close to the action while still being outside of the hectic city life.  Providence is also located only 10 minutes away from the Posner Park Shopping Center, which features a Super-Target, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Pet-Smart, Ashley Furniture, HomeGoods, Cinepolis IMAX Theater, Best Buy, a brand new BJ's Warehouse and Gas Station, and so much more.

The Providence Golf Course and Community is a gated neighborhood that offers a variety of housing options, from luxurious single-family homes to townhouses.  The community contains separate neighborhoods, including Chelsea Woods, Preston Woods, Heritage Green, Lake Side Villas, and many more.  Short-term vacation home investors are able to purchase investment properties within designated-only neighborhoods that include Victoria Woods, Rosemont Woods, and Crofton Springs.  With its beautifully landscaped streets, charming atmosphere, and upscale feel, the community is a popular choice for everyone!

One of the biggest draws of the Providence Golf Course and Community is its world-class amenities.  The centerpiece of the community is the 18-hole championship golf course, designed by renowned golf architect, Michael Dasher.  The course features stunning scenery, challenging holes, and top-notch facilities. 

In addition to the golf course, the neighborhood offers a variety of other amenities for its residents, including a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with slides, a separate lap pool for exercising, plenty of lounge chairs for sun-bathing and socializing, lighted tennis courts, a dog park, a restaurant and bar with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a pro-shop golf store, wide sidewalks for biking, jogging, and walking, and a beautiful playground.  Have a golf cart?   Take it for a leisurely ride around the many neighborhoods on the beautiful Florida evenings!

In addition to the amenities within the community, the Providence Golf Course and Community is also located near a variety of attractions and activities.  We are mere minutes away from the aforementioned Posner Park, as well as the fantastic dining options available in nearby Champions Gate.  Just a short drive away is the the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando, which offer endless options for fun and entertainment.  Enjoy a day of fun in the sun at Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, which is about 45-60 minutes away.  Lesser known places to visit are Icon Park, Bok Tower Gardens, Harry P. Leu Gardens, Legoland in Winter Haven, Disney Springs, Lake Louisa State Park, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Volcano Bay, Gatorland, and so much more!  Enjoy antiquing?  There are plenty of places to visit in Kissimmee and Lakeland, as well as Mount Dora and Melbourne.

The real estate market in the Providence Golf Course and Community is thriving, with plenty of options for people looking for single-family homes or townhomes.  As of 3/24/23, the median price in the community for active listings is $537,000 with prices ranging from $410k - $1.18M.  Pending sales have a median list price of $430k, ranging from $400k - $640k.  Recent sales have a median sold price of $470k, with prices ranging from $355k - $900k.  

Single-family homes in the community typically range from 2,000 - 4,000 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms.  Homes with 6-8 bedrooms may also be found within the community, although not as common or plentiful as the 3-5 bedroom options.
